During this time of crisis and uncertainty, we are providing this essential technology to allow our valuable customers and their end-users to work remotely from the safety of their homes. The most important thing to remember is like home-office phones, the webphone relies on a stable internet connection for call quality and functionality. If the internet connection is poor, the user experience will be poor. Computer with a built-in or external microphone

  2. Make Sure you include the Extension Number for the employees that you want to enable this for and we'll take care of the rest.
